Too Busy Too Tired Too Lazy To Blog This Few DAYs...
All Right then..Have to refresh my memory to Wednesday..hahax..
LET'S GOOOO~!

Wednesday-100210/Thursday-110210 :

Had been resting/sleeping for as much as i could the whole day till 5pm, to "charge" up my 'batt' fully to prepare myself for the 1st Night Shift.. Had my dinner before going out.. Met Jasmine n proceed to NUH together..Felt so excited..Hahax..

Took reports with the Night staffs and check on our patients.. Was quite busy the whole night..Or rather, the whole night to morning shift..hahax.. Call-Bells were heard in a few minutes interval for the following 'Service' : Serving Bedpan, Urinal, Assisting Patients to toilet, Setting up IV Drips, Helping patients to 'ON' n 'OFF' aircons, changing diapers, drinkiing water, asking for medications... Additional to my usual work routine for night shift- 11pm+3am+6am for Parameters.. Hypocount.. Updating n total up the I/O (Intake n Output) CHart.. And have to remember to do all the 'Hourly', '2 Hourly', '4 Hourly', '6 Hourly',- Parameters/Neurovascular Chart/CLC (Concious Level Chart)/Hypocount..

Though it might be more peaceful compared to the other 2 shifts of work, but there are many things to be completed n monitored.. But it's good la, at least with all these work to be done, i wont be bored to go into my dreamland..hahax.. I even Morning Call Mum n dad at 3am ! hahax.. But when it reaches 5am+, i'm having hypoglycaemia liao ! Even sweets doesnt work on mi anymore.. But have to endure thru to 7.30am before leaving for home.. Before tat, i was even scolded by a patient for waking him up for procedures now n then..But no choice ma, tat's our job..if nv monitor, n if u suddenly collapse how ! Haix..patient nv noe how we nurses feel.. Goodness..But anyway, after work, immediately rushed home, get a shower n drop myself on bed n Dozed Off immediately..hahax..

Slept about 5-6hrs before waking up reluctantly once n again.. At tat moment of time, sleeping Seems not tat enough for mi.. Was feeling so weak n tired to even open my eyes, what more to prepare myself for work ! I still have the impulse to absent myself from work..hahax.. But of course i didnt ! Pulled myself out from bed, got myself change, went to Lot1 with Mummy.. Shop around, mum treat mi to Subway ! hahax.. And got myself 2 cookies from Subway for my breaktime during the Nightshift..

Thursday-110210/Friday-120210 :

Met Jasmine as usual.. Just reach ward, and lots of things happen.. Demands from different patient's family at the same time.. Sudden physical change of patient to be monitored straight away.. Admission of patient with procedure to be done.. Haix.. Lots n lots of things to be done just when we start work..Didnt even manage to hear the passing over of reports.. But seriously, Patient's family is the most terrible obsticles for Nurses ! They might want things to be done this n tat way for their love one, but that might be a wrong method..Despite how much Nurses explaination, they insisted, and when things goes wrong, WHo to Blame !? NURSES LO~! Ridiculous isnt it ! Argh~ ANyway, just hope their family members will faster go home and let every patient have peace to rest n recuperate..While Nursing also can do their assessment n nursing procedure in peace.. But finally the ward quiet down at around 10pm+.. Only a few callBells heard occasionally..

Tick-Tock-Tick-Tock..Time passes... With peace we manage to survive through.. Thank God we had a peaceful night.. We even had time for surfing internet ! Oppx.. Shhh...Secret..hahax.. At least we were not tired out compared to the previous Night.. Every patient had a good night rest i guess ! hahax.. just tat a few admission around 5am+ which started our working engine.. But overall, it was great ! I love NightShift somehow ! Though might be long hours, but it gave mi a quite n peaceful working environment without stress or complications.. hahax.. Got an 'AngBao' from all the Nursing Lecturers in NUH as a blessing for our CNY.. With 2 'Choco Coin' n a blessing message.. Thanks so much ! Oh ya, happen to be boarding the same bus as the 'Monster' while going back to JE..hahax.. Think he must have tired himself out too during the night shifts ba..Must rest well oh ! =)

Reach Home, showered, slept at 10am+ till 7pm.. hahax.. Had a good good rest ! Woke up and ate my RotiPrata which was supposed to be my breakfast, but i ate it as my Breakfast cum Lunch cum Dinner ! hahax.. Than my grandma made some kuey too for my dinner ! hahax.. Dear then came over and started to deco my house for CNY.. Soooooooo long nv see him le..really miss him ! He became darker n slim down le.. hahax..Must be tough during work ba..Hmm..Take care oh..Now finally it's time for u to rest le.. He bought mi a bouquet of flowers n a beautiful Braclet from 'Citigems' for Valentines' Day 2010.. So sweet~! hahax.. Thank you dear, everythings appreciated ! Muackx ! So sry for not cooking something for u to eat just now, just tat i'm really hurt in my back..Was so lazy to tired my back out..tat's y..But thanks for everything ! Muackx ! All right, think that's all about my these few days ba..hahax.. Gonna go sleep le..Shall update again soon.. Chaos~!
