Well~Got a 'Small Surprise' from WeiHan Huhx.. Thought how cum he msg mi my whereabouts when i'm on my way to JE.. He was waiting for mi at JE Bus-Interchange..Hahax.. He's on PM Shift too, that's why.. Started working, knowing that my FULLY occupied beds were empty again as most of the patients were discharged..But But BUT~As normal, Every single EMPTY Beds were FULLY OCCUPIED again in the afternoon.. Oh~Terrible~Now u all noe how fast the 'turn-over' rate in hospital are already right ! Hahax.. But ANyway, even how busy it was, how tiring it was, how chaos it was, i just wanna say :" I enjoyed Every single moments.." I'm glad to have 'Staff Nurse- Paula' n the other staff that are well-approached and willing to go all out to help mi.. Thank you.. SN Paula is a good nurse..She just graduated from NP a yr before..Despite how busy it was, she will still stay calm n relax, always putting on the wide cheerful smilex on her face which mades others feel so relieved.. She will never get angry or irritated when things goes wrong..Whereas, she stay calm n manage the situation in a peaceful n happy way.. *Cheers to her !* If every nurse could be just like her, how nice would it be.. She is a good role-model of all ! Even though she was very busy with her stuff, she still thought mi patiently how to 'Set Plug-Set IV Cannula'.. The 1st time she ask mi to observe how she do it..Than for the other patient, she let mi do it while she stands beside stand-by n assist.. Now i noe it is really an easy thing.. Oppx,shhh..Setting plug isnt wat Enrolled Nurse should be doin ! hahax.. She just thought mi in advance, and let mi experience n learn more.. Seriously i learnt alot.. By treating others well, especially the patients, the by-stander whom might be the patient's family or whoever, will have a good impression on you n will be relieve to hand their love-ones to be under your care.. The Biggest Reward For mi is when the patient or their love ones says :"Thank You" to mi.. At least i know what i've done is greatly appreciated.. Alright, i'm too happy today~EVeryday would be the same if i maintain my right attitude..^^ Shall be going to bed now..Tmr i'm on AM Shift..Update soon.. Muackx !
