Well Well Well... Tmr gonna be another start of a new week ! Woohoo~! This morning, had breakfast with mum n dad at Limbang.. Than went to bought grocery before heading home.. Rested awhile and dad drove mi to see a chinese physician for my skin.. I didnt really believe in it actually.. Cause since young, i tried all sorts of matters just to get my skin recover.. Went to Skin centre to see the most professional skin doctor n spent lots of $, went to see lots of different Chinese physician, took lots of different medications, Eat this n that products, did a few rounds of Steriod Injection just to prevent the itchyness, had accupuncture, etc etc... I'm sick n tired of all these treatment when non of it cures my eczema.. But through Nursing, i know that Eczema takes time to be cured.It may be a long term skin problem too..

This time round, by palpating for my radial pulse, he said out all my health problems without mi saying anything in advance.. He said that i had a weak Gastric-Lots of time, i had discomfort with my gastric is due to the regugitation of the gastric juice due to starvation / not eating proper meals..And he said that i ate too much breads ! Hahax..Cause whenever i'm hungry, i'll just eat bread to fill up my stomach.. I was still wondering how come he noes that when i did not mention to him ! hahax.. I'm not allow to drink Cold drinks, eat Sour stuff, Fried food... Hmm.. Was given 3 BIG packets of 'Zhong Chao Yao'(Chinese Herbs) to be boiled and drink 2 times a day ! It can help relieve itch and regulate my hormones.. Argh !!!! I hate the smell of chinese medication, what more is to drink it into my stomach ! Grr~! But no choice, don wanna disappoint dad, cause he spent so much money just wanna mi to get better and don wanna mi to suffer from all the itchyness and pain caused from the broken skin.. No doubt, but i just drank the whole Big cup of boiled medication down ! *Clap Clap* But...Despite pinching my nose, i still can taste the bitterness n the disgusting smell of it down my troat ! My tears almost gash out ! After tat, i immediately "Flushed" my mouth with plain water ! hahax.. And that results in the frequent toilet visit i'm having now ! hahax.. Hope it really works, or else it's really wasting money and effort.. Kambateh lo~! ^^

Gonna continue with my study le.. 1 week since i met up with dear..Hope he's doing fine.. Sry to disappoint u if i wasnt able to meet up with u.. I'm tight down ytd with my family and today i have to study le.. Exams is really near..i cant afford to waste time le.. So i've to concentrate on my revision and stuff.. Hope u understand..
