Monday Blues ~!
Was very reluctant to go school early in the morning.. Felt so restless.. So i keep on motivating myself by saying tat, this week only need to go school for 4 days ! hahax.. Had combined lecture early in the morning.. When we just stepped into the Lecture hall, Mr Cris called for mi n caiyun..telling us about our Phase Test about the documentation n the charting..haix..Which we were being affected when our first lesson of the day haven even start..hmm.. But nvm la..No point crying over a spilled milk.. Walk on ! Was soo hot ! The air-con was down ! Goodness ! After tat, we had our PCA Practical..Had some activity..Than went for lunch at cafe 1..WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY HUMID !! REALLY HOT !!!! Goodness ! How i wish the Sun could get a little bit more smaller..How i wish clouds could cover half of the sun.. Haix..This kind of weather are really prone to get dehydration ! Worst part is ! We are having PE IN THE AFTERNOON !!! lucky today teacher nv ask us to run 2.4km.. or else he sure will have to write lots of incident report..wahahahax.. During PE, we took our Height & Weight..I grow tall le ! 163cm..hahax.. Weight is still quite heavy, but i promise myself to slim down slowly.. jia you lo ! Than we had our NAFA Test..Did Sit-Up for 30 times..Than standing broadjump as usual..Cant PERFORM ! lolx..But the teacher insist on asking us to try n try n try until we pass..haix.. Tmr have to retake standing broadjump..than have to do the other 3 stations.. hmm..wish mi goodluck ba.. After PE, our energy is fully being used up ! Lucky our Project Management teacher is kind enough to let us go early..hahax.. After sch, bused to Tampines, than took train back to cck..Slept all the way..was soo tired..
Mummy n daddy fell sick le.. Mum having fever-38.3, Dad also having fever-38.5.. Ahkor also not feeling well.. Dear is also sick now..Down With Flu n throat discomfort.. hope he gets a day off tmr and rest well at home the whole day.. Seriously, I'm so scare of him to be sick, cause being sick is really a unbearable thing.. At this period of time, the flu is a virues that spread from one to another very fast.. People whom immune system is very weak, gonna be extra careful..cause u might just get infected whenever u r outside..Drink more water, get enough sleep, try to avoid places that are too crowded where germs spreads easily.. If feeling unwell, do not delay to go visit a doctor..Get treatment before it gets worsen.. I hope they recover soon..Let mi take the place of them to be sick or watsoever.. I really don wish to see them suffer from sickness.. God Bless.. Love you all ! Must Jiayou n fight against the bacteria n viruses alright ! Muackx !
